I never received my $100 deposit and When I called to ask about my refund I was told I never paid $100 deposit. I'm definitely calling a lawyer.
The room was clean. Check-in/check-out process was simple and went smoothly.
We spent the day in Gatlinburg bc the hotel was only 32 miles away. The hotel is just 11 miles away from the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum. This was very convenient coming back from the concert at midnight.

We loved this place .....it was so super clean and comfortable, handicap room exceeded our expectations !! Our room was very nice for anyone in a wheel chair!! It was a great value!! Located near cracker barrel , many other restaurants options, quite area amazingly and many gas stations to choose from!!
Initially I liked the location to I40 and the hotel appeared relatively clean and quiet so thought we were going to have a good experience
There was no carpeting in the room. That made it much easier to keep clean, and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was minimal, but that was made clear in the description. If you want economical, clean, and convenient, then this will work for you.
